Tile Effect Roofing Sheet (26-207-828)

Gauges:
0.50mm is a particularly useful when weight is a major concern. For example park homes and chalets, both new and refurbished. 0.6mm is the established standard for industrial and commercial use.
Tile size:
The length could be cut as requirment. If necessary for some area the buyer need the tile length 350mm long and its suitable for the average size roof. On the large project the 400mm long tile length is recommended.
Material variety:
The steel substrate is cleaned and pretreated in a multistage process that ensures optimum adherence of the organic coating. It is then coated with primer and cured before the top coating is applied.
Fixing:
Treat and fix Santiway steel tile as you would any other plastisol sheets. Place the fixings in the valleys just below the step in the tiles. Fixing can just be seen in the top right photo. The fixings on the top of the tiles are side seam stitchers.
Sheet laying order:
The metal tile sheet are laid from right to left. When more than one row of sheets in involved the best order to lay them in is in the order as per below and not in a continuous single row.
