1. What machine do you use to cut cost insulated panels and install the screws for roof?
Using portable cutting machine and protable electric drill.
2. How to install cost insulated panels for roof?
Overlap, on the vertical direction overlap 150-200mm, on the horizontal direction overlap one wave.
3. What is the temperature limited of the environment that your roof can be used?
Temperature range: From Minus 35 degree to 72 degree
4. What color can you produce?
White, blue, brick red, green, grey etc, same as our color swatch. If you need special color, please provide sample.
5. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, we just sent free samples to customers while the customers bear the freight fees.
6. Can you produce according to customer`s design?
Yes. We are professional manufacturer, and OEM is also welcomed. But at the beginning, the mould opening fee needs to be paid, after certain quantity, the open mould fees will be returned as product.
