| Mold & Mildew | If debris such as pollen and dirt is allowed to remain on the deck surface , mold can feed on the bio film. Using a hose and warm soapy water with a soft bristle brush is recommend to remove the food source and mold. |
| Oil/ Grease/ Food | One way: All food spills should be removed as soon as possible. The surface must be cleaned within seven days to maintain the stain warranty. To remove, spray off with a hose and use warm, soapy water and a soft bristle brush to remove spills from embossing pattern. Another way for oil: The clear lacquer is some kind of oil paint, normally it is used for painting the wood furniture and it is transparent paint. It is a very common paint which is widely used in wood furniture plants. After painting such kind of transparent paint, thedecking boards could be refurbished. |
| Scratch | Slight scratch didn't matter a lot to the appearance of decking. A light metal brush or medium sanding paper can be used if you insisted on removing such scratch. |
| General Dirt & Debris | The affected area should be sprayed off with a hose to remove surface debris. Use warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush to remove dirt and debris from the embossing pattern |

| Maintenance | All exterior building materials require cleaning. Periodic cleaning will maintain the beauty of the deck. However, EverJade decking requires little maintenance. We recommend you to wash your deck once a year (in spring or summer) with water and soap ( a scrub brush if possible to act in the longitudinal sense of the boards). It's recommended to use a blade to clean the space between each board to keep a good drainage and ventilation. |

Q: What Are The Main Advantages Of WPC products?
First of all, the wood plastic materials are 100% recyclable; it is long-lasting, stable for the outdoor conditions, like sun exposure, rain, temperature ariations etc; it requires low maintenance; etc
Q: Why the keel is neceary for the intallation?
When we install the flooring, firstly the keels are fixed in the ground surface with the T-clip and then we put the solid decking board on the keels. You know the wpc decking board can't be put on the ground surface directly. For one thing, it can affect of the planeness of the flooring surface after installation. For the other thing, it is not good to control the drainage of the bottom, because the wpc decking board is mainly used for outdoor, which rains a lot. So keels must be used to hold the solid decking board when installed.
Q: If there is one piece of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking board to repair it?
No. If replce the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it's easy.
Q: The density and the strength of the decking?
The density of our wpc decking is 1.3%-1.4%(1300-1400kgs/cbm). The strength of the hollow one is about 320kgs (That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 320kgs.) and the strength of the solid one is 400kgs-500kgs.(That's to say, based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 400kgs-500kgs.)
