Our pvc flooring rolls has a transparent wear-resisting layer, whose revolution is up and higher than 10000 turns. High resistance to chemicals, scratches and stains.
7. Superfine Anti-slipping
Our pvc floorings has special skid resistance and wear-resisting layer. It has higher friction compared with common ceramic tiles when it's wet.
Installation:
Installation should be carried in accordance with local standards. Subfloor to be smooth, hard, clean and dry prior to laying. Where applicable the subfloor must incorporate an effective Damp Proof Membrane. The material must be allowed to acclimatize 24 hours before installation in a room temperature of between 18 - 24ºC.
There are three methods of installation suitable for our sheet vinyl flooring:
1. Releasable Full Spread Installation Method using Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (recommended)
2. Loose-Lay Installation
3. Permanent Full Spread Installation Method (for "special needs" installations)
General Installation Method
The installation method used is dependent upon the day-to-day activities and the overall floor dimensions.
• The Releasable Full Spread Installation Method provides optimal performance of the vinyl and is the recommended installation process for
all residential Mohawk fiberglass sheet vinyl products.
• Loose-Lay Installation should only be used when the flooring area is 25 square yards or less and no more than 1 seam.
• Permanent Full Spread Installation Method can be used for special need areas, such as those with rolling traffic and/or extremely high traffic.
PLEASE NOTE that if you elect to permanently install your Mohawk residential flooring using this method as opposed to the recommended
Releasable Installation Method that labor rates exceeding residential releasable removal and underlayment will not be covered.
Maintenance
No emulsion dressing is required. Maintenance should be carried out regularly to retain in the appearance and durability of the floor. The floor covering should be maintained with regular sweeping and damp mopping with using a neutral cleaner, more intense cleaning should be carried out using a fine spray cleaning pad under a floor machine, or for larger area with a cleaning machine.
