What is SPC flooring?

SPC refers to the natural stone and ecofriendly vinyl stone plastic composite,SPC floor is synthesized by the PVC resin,calcium powder and other auxiliary materials
temprature calcining, without the use of glue and other substances.
The surface is composed of a special high-tech processed color film layer, a transparent wear-resistant layer and UR.

Structure

1.PU Layer:prevents excessive wear and provides excellent stain resistance

2.Wear layer is a transparent coating on stone plastic floor. Which increases the scratch and stain resistance of the floor.
3.Printed Decor:A thin layer of vinyl will be attached to each SPC floor. The layer is waterproof and contains the pattern, texture and appearance of the floor.
4.SPC Base Board is made of combining limestone powder and stabilizer, stanblein dimensiona and waterproof.

5.Mute mat :it can help reduce sound and increase the softness of the floor.

1,High hardness -SPC flooring uses natural marble powder to form a solid base with high density and high fiber mesh structure. The surface is covered with a super-strong polymer PVC abrasion resistant layer, which is sturdy and durable.

2,Good elasticity-Good elasticity shows the impact of stone flooring, when stepping on the stone floor, foot feeling will not be as hard, cold, but close to the touch of cork flooring.

3,Eco friendly- The materials used in stone plastic flooring do not contain any harmful substances and radioactive elements, and are free of formaldehyde.

4,Non-slip, flame-retardant -Stone plastic floor has a special non-slip design, and the base material is natural stone powder, which is not flammable.

5,Anti-noise and sound insulation The material of stone plastic flooring is extremely easy to absorb sound. Stone plastic flooring can absorb about 20 decibels of sound!
