Structure
UV coating
UV coating layer has high content of nanosized ceramic particles,which improve the surface hardness and
scratch resistance.
Wear layer
Thick transparent layer protect the image layer been scratched.The thicker the wear layer is,the better protection
it offer.
Image Layer
Using advanced printing technology to print high resolution colorful patterns with different styles.The top grade
pigment with great fastness makes the color long lasting.
PVC Top Layer
Top Layer has higher PVC content ,which offers better adhesion to the image layer.It is more soft and comfortable.
PVC Middle Layer
The middle layer have high content of mineral composion.It redunces the thermal expansion,make the size more stable.
PVC Bottom Layer
The bottom layer is same as the top layer.It balances the the stress generated by the different expansion rate
between top layer and middle layer,keeping the flooring flat.Top and bottom layer together make the flooring
more tensile and hard to break.
Foam Buffer Layer
Base layer is soft virgin PVC material.It is a good sound suppressant,also helps to smooth out minor subfloor
imperfections while adding comfort and warmth to the floor.
